1. Purchase Policy Overview

2. 14-Day No Questions Asked Refund Policy

All purchases made through TRMS360 come with a 14-day “no questions asked” refund guarantee.

The 14-day refund period starts on the date of purchase (“Purchase Date”).

You may review the product materials and, for any reason, request a full refund within this 14-day window, with no explanations required.

Requests for a refund must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] within 14 days of the Purchase Date.

After 14 days from the Purchase Date, all purchases become final, and no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

By making a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7–10] business days of receiving your written request.

Products that include physical materials may require the customer to return those materials at their own expense before a refund is issued.

4. Refund Requests After 14 Days

After the expiration of the 14-day refund period, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, without exception.

This applies whether or not the product or program was accessed, downloaded, or completed.

5. Chargeback Policy

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your card provider after the 14-day refund period has expired.

If you request a chargeback after the 14-day period for a product or service that is non-refundable per these Terms, you will be held responsible for any fees, costs, or losses incurred by TRMS360 as a result of the chargeback.

We reserve the right to challenge any chargebacks with full proof of your acceptance of these terms, proof of delivery of services and materials, and our refund policy.

Filing a chargeback after the refund window is considered a violation of these Terms. We may block access to our programs, pursue collections for unreturned funds, and ban you from future purchases or access.

6. Acceptance of Terms

Your completion of a purchase on our website constitutes your full acceptance of this refund and chargeback policy.

7. Exceptions

No additional exceptions, extensions, or special cases will be honored unless required by specific state, federal, or international consumer protection laws. In such cases, the minimum required by such laws will apply.
